Who we are
Baodun Yanyu is a China-based Yunnan tea producer operating baodunyanyutea.com. Inquiries are handled by our overseas sales team.
What we collect
- Inquiry form data: name, company, country, preferred contact method, WhatsApp/phone, Telegram, email, required product, packaging, quantity, OEM preference, message.
- Technical data: IP, country, user agent, page URL, referrer, UTM parameters.
- Analytics: aggregated traffic data via GA4 (anonymized IP) and Microsoft Clarity (session replays excluding form values).
Why we collect it
To reply to your product inquiry, to prevent spam (Cloudflare Turnstile), and to improve the website.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records: up to 3 years after last contact. Analytics: GA4 default retention (14 months).
